President - Bob Morgan
Bob and Judy joined the Quarters West community in April, 2001. Bob is a native of the Batavia, NY, area while Judy was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. This is the second time living in Chester County, having spent 10 years in Frazer in the late 80's and early 90's.

During that time, Bob was very active in East Whiteland, having served on both the Municipal Authority and the Planning Commission. Bob and Judy are both retired.
