President - Bob Morgan
Bob and Judy joined the Quarters West community in April, 2001. Bob is a native of the Batavia, NY, area while Judy was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. This is the second time living in Chester County, having spent 10 years in Malvern in the late 80's and early 90's.

During that time, Bob was very active in East Whiteland, having served on both the Municipal Authority and the Planning Commission. Judy is an Office Manager for a local Dentist, while Bob is Vice President of a local Insurance Company.

Judy's main hobby is our four grandsons. In addition, Bob enjoys golf, singing, woodworking and playing the guitar.

Treasurer - Nigel Jones
Nigel and Diane moved to Chesterbrook from the UK nine years ago, and have enjoyed living in Quarters West for seven years.

Nigel has been active in the local community for most of that time, having also been involved in the Chesterbrook Civic Association. Through 2005 to early 2006, Nigel headed the Quarters West Roofing Project and joined the Board of Quarters West in 2006.

Nigel works for a large pharmaceutical company and relaxes by running, playing golf and gardening.

Diane has also been actively involved in the local community since moving to Chesterbrook and served on the Board from 2002 until 2006. She is currently a member of the Q. W. Landscape Committee and enjoys gardening, walking and quilting.

Secretary - Steve Holden
Steve & Helen moved to Quarters West in August 2005 and immediately felt at home and welcome in the community by friendly neighbors.  A native of New Zealand Steve & his family have been in the USA since 2004 and prior to that had a 3 year stint in England.

Steve is Director of Engineering & Operations in the IT industry and these skills have been put to good use on the Board since June 2007.  He and his wife are active members of the gym and enjoy the walking trails in Chesterbrook and Valley Forge.
